April 30th - Elders Bingo
New intake forms have been mailed out, and we kindly ask you to complete and return yours by April 30th. You can submit your form in person, by mail, or scanning and emailing it to [email protected]. If your spouse needs an intake form, please contact the Elders department, and we’ll be happy to provide one. As a token of our appreciation, once we receive your completed form, your name will be entered into our raffle for a chance to win!
We’ll be drawing 10 lucky winners!
You do not need to be present to win.
If you are 55 or older and attend our lunches, we kindly ask that you update your intake form, as we are required to have one on file per Title VI. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Raffle winners will be announced at Bingo on April 30th!
